Big Rig Makes Traffic Jam Spilling Strawberries Onto 101 Freeway
No injuries were reported.

AGOURA HILLS, CA – A big rig overturned on the eastbound Ventura (101) Freeway in Agoura Hills, while hauling 15 tons of strawberries. Crews Thursday worked to clean up the spill. The crash occurred about 11:15 p.m. Wednesday at Chesebro Road, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Some freeway lanes remained blocked until about 6:45 a.m. Thursday, according to the CHP. No injuries were reported. Crews also repaired a guard rail that was damaged in the crash.
