Dec. 2: Winter Celebration; 'A Tigglemeister Christmas'

1. The Forecast: Rain, 63

2. Art & Gift Gallery at the Adobe

The gallery store, located in the historic barn at the Reyes Adobe Historical Site, will feature many handmade crafts and gifts–jewelry, scarves, aprons, bags, cards, candles, decorative items, books and more. Also on display will be prints and paintings by 20 local artists, available for purchase. The store will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

 3. A Tigglemeister Christmas

Panic! Productions begins its second season with the world premiere of a new holiday musical for the whole family. A Tigglemeister Christmas will run December 1 through 16, at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts ( 403 W Hillcrest Dr, Thousand Oaks). Tickets are $10 and are available at www.hillcrestarts.com, by calling 805-381-1246 or by visiting the box office.

4. Winter Celebration at the Leonis Adobe/Calabasas

The Leonis Adobe Museum is holding a Winter Celebration from 2-5 p.m. featuring crafts, Santa, a 19th century beadwork exhibit, refreshments, music, games, animal feeding and more. 5. Getting the Most Out of Ancestry.com

The Jewish Genealogical Society of the Conejo Valley and Ventura County (JGSCV) will hold a general meeting, co–sponsored with Temple Adat Elohim, from 1:30-3:30 p.m at Temple Adat Elohim, 2420 E. Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks. The Program is 'Getting The Most Out of Ancestry.com.'
