Farm and T-ball played on March 18. All games for the minors/majors divisions from 3/13 thru the 3/17 were rained out.

Farm Division

Littler Mendelson DiamondBacks vs Supercuts Indians

In the bottom of the second, the Diamondbacks’ Owen Merritt hit a triple into the gap in right center. Lefty, Fin Depew ripped a hard liner into left field in the third inning. Later in the same inning, Preston DeCourcy scored.

The Indians’ Celeste Hurtubise scored with one out in the first and Miranda Massie drove Ian Dodd home for a run. In the bottom of the fourth, Ja’dan Bowman made two outs when he caught a pop fly on the pitcher's mound then tagged out another runner at third.

West Wind A’s vs. Synergy Corporate Housing White Sox

The A’s had a great first game with Hudson Taylor firing a line shot into the outfield for a home run. Mick Goddard and Will Hester had solid hits, and Jake Lee hit a line drive right towards the pitcher.

The White Sox also had some good hits including a line hit up the middle by Jonah Mack. On defense, Juneau Fennel got the first out of the game and Miles Easley had two outs in a row at first base.

Shay's Cafe Angels vs. Alameda Beauty College Rangers

On Sunday, March 18, Nicolas Araujo hit a 3-run triple for the Angels. Assists and putouts were made by Zachary Lachs, Colby Okazaki, Jaime Burke, Scanlan Derrick and Miles Murphy.

The Rangers had their moments with a triple by Casey Miller, a double by Tyler Taylor and put outs at first by Camilo Diaz-Gordan and Micah Rezendez.

T-Ball Division

Alameda Collision A's vs. Happy Feet Children's Shoes Giants

For the A's, pitchers Isaac Sullivan and Matthew Marx displayed excellent glove work while Hayden Arndt and Kuper Kurpieski shined with the bats on March 18. 

For the Giants, Jacob Hodges and Liam Smusz had sharp base hits in the first inning. Eliot Mack made a strong throw to first base played by the solid glove of Coleman Crotty.

Baskin Robbin's Cardinals vs. Reds

Lead batter Robbie Fintland hit it off the T for a line drive to kick off the season for the Cards on March 18. Dylan Mann, Finn Cavanaugh, Jaren Beene all had hard hits advancing runners throughout the game. Jack Busch showed infield hustle covering first base.

For the Reds, Grant Tomono Jacob Wong and  Jet Chan, showed some great fielding, scooping up a few hard hit grounders. Meanwhile, Alice deHaan and Will Merritt exhibited some great base running. On offense, Hunter Willett, Jack Erwin and Simon LaBatt had their bats going for a couple of hits each.

Pirates v. Patterson-Golay Family Braves

Dawson Stewart had a strong showing at catcher and in the batter’s box for the Pirates on March 18. Meanwhile Donovan Nakamura's defense at pitcher was followed by True Morenz in the third, both players fielding clean balls and firing to first base, as they anchored the defense of the infield.

For the Braves Luca Campbell and Zackary Patterson-Golay made nice infield plays. Dylan Higgins-Kiang led off the bottom of the fourth with a strong infield grounder, and Zackary followed with a pop-up over the pitcher's head.
