Beaumont Police Welcome Three New Officers, Dispatcher
"I'm looking forward to being apart of the small home town feel and making a difference within the community," says lateral officer Grable.

BEAUMONT, CA- The Beaumont Police Department recently swore in three new police officers and a dispatcher to the force.
In April, Officer Grable, Officer Marsh, Officer Crews and Dispatcher Swanson officially joined the department.
Each of the three new police officers comes to the city with previous law enforcement experience. Banning-Beaumont Patch reached out to the new officers, so you can get to know the newest men and woman in blue on our streets:
From Officer Randall Marsh:
Being a new Police Officer here in Beaumont is very exciting for me and my family. I look forward to meeting the community and working to make it safer place for all the residents. The group of men and women that work here for the Police Department have made the lateral transition for me and easy one.
I started my law enforcement career with the Los Angeles Police Department over 14 years ago. After 3 years, I made the move to the El Monte Police Department where I remained for over 11 years. I was fortunate to have worked multiple assignments to include Patrol, the Homeless Outreach Detail, School resource Officer, Mounted Unit, and for the last year and a half, I was assigned as a Detective to the Narcotics Unit. I was also privileged enough to have served on the S.W.A.T. Team for the last 7 years. Due to having lived in Beaumont for the last 7 years, I decided it was time to be closer to home and to my family.
I look forward to a long career here at the Beaumont Police Department and am very thankful for the opportunity I have been given.
From Officer Christopher Crews:
I’m looking forward to being part of the Beaumont Police Department and being able to serve the community of Beaumont. The citizens of Beaumont express how much they appreciate our service and it is a great opportunity to be able to give back to the city and its citizens.
I graduated from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Academy. I started my law enforcement career with the San Bernardino Police Department. I graduated from California State University San Bernardino with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science. In my free time I like to stay active because I believe that life time fitness is extremely important, especially in this type of career.
From Officer Danielle Grable:
After my high school graduation in 2008, I continued my education at Cal State San Bernardino where I just graduated with my bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. During my colleges years, I was hired by San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department and completed the Police Academy in June 2012. In August 2013, I was hired as a Police Officer with Banning Police Department where I worked there until March 2014. After Banning PD, I was hired by Riverside Community College where I worked as a Police Officer until March 2016. Outside of working, I coach High School softball and play adult softball regularly. I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, the river and anything outdoors and staying busy.
Looking forward to being apart of the small home town feel and making a difference within the community.
