Body Found Near Noble Creek Park In Beaumont

The Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner's Bureau is working to determine the person's identity and cause of death.

BEAUMONT, CA — A badly decomposed body was recovered Thursday from a wash area north of Noble Creek Park in Beaumont, but it will take investigators time to piece together what happened to the person.

The body, found between Oak Valley Parkway and Brookside Avenue, was reported to the Beaumont Police Department around 11:25 a.m. Thursday. The citizen saw someone laying on the ground the night before, but had not reported it, according to police.

"Details are limited at this time, little is known about the person or their manner of death," police reported.
