The boys basketball team finished with an undefeated league record and now moves onto league playoffs.

Burlingame Basketball Crowned League Champions

Congratulations to the Burlingame High School boys basketball team, who, with a 61-45 win over Woodside on Tuesday, finished the regular season with a 12-0 league record to be crowned the regular season champs.

Three players scored in double figures for the Panthers against Woodside, including Connor Haupt (17), Tyler Paratte (16) and Nick Loew (16).

The Panthers, led by Coach Pete Harames, will begin their Peninsula Athletic League playoff journey on Valentine's day, hosting the quarterfinal matchup with Terra Nova at 7:30 p.m.

Burlingame has lost just one game at home this season, a 20-point loss on Dec. 7. They have won 12 straight games, their last loss coming on Dec. 29 against Skyline in Oakland.
