Patch Picks: Easter Brunch

These five great Campbell restaurants offer a scrumptious way to celebrate Easter!

Patch Picks: Easter Brunch

Whether you’re looking for a traditional meal, a gourmet dining experience, or something a little out of the ordinary for your Easter brunch, one of these fabulous restaurants should fill the bill.

Twist Bistro is planning a delicious four-course brunch as only this popular downtown Campbell restaurant can do. First you will enjoy a petite salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

For the second course choose one of these mouth-watering dishes: eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, roasted vegetable quiche or French brioche toast.

Main course? Dig into a rib eye with mashed potatoes, leg of lamb or an egg, ham and cheese crepe. Top off your meal with chocolate molten cake a la mode or a champagne fruit terrine.

Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Capers will be serving from their regular brunch and lunch menu, plus a few specials for Easter. You can “make your own omelet” from a list of yummy choices, or enjoy French toast or steak & eggs.

If you’re ready for lunch, there are 12 different salads including crab cake salad and a variety of entrées and sandwiches that will please most everyone. The specials include prime rib and a beef filet.

Capers will be serving from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Easter Sunday.

Who needs ham and eggs when you can have a Psycho Donut! This fun donut shop is joining the Easter parade with a karaoke festival, led by Bruce Rogers of Korkaraoke, and of course their wild donuts that include Rabbit Roadkill, Hot Chick and Massive Peep Trauma.

They may sound psycho, but these are some seriously good donuts. For instance, a raised donut filled with white chocolate and passion fruit topped with raspberry icing; cinnamon and sugar donut sticks to dip in custard or raspberry jelly and a glazed chocolate cake donut drizzled with salted caramel.

Psycho Donuts will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Easter Sunday.

One of Campbell’s favorite breakfast spots will be serving up their regular menu, an extensive list of sweet and savory dishes.

Enjoy crepes with such fillings as fresh fruit, crab, or the meat lover’s crepe packed with ham, bacon, sausage, onion, mushrooms and avocado. There are frittatas, egg scrambles, omelets, Belgian waffles, pancakes—the list goes on.

Kids 10 years old or younger get their own menu of Mickey Mouse pancakes, scrambled eggs, chocolate chip oatmeal or selected lunch items, everything served all day.

On Easter, Stacks will be open from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Ristorante Café Campbell

If you’re looking for an elegant Easter brunch, Ristorante Café Campbell located in downtown is the perfect choice.

They’ll be serving their regular breakfast menu that includes such tasty dishes as eggs Florentine with two poached eggs, sautéed spinach and hollandaise sauce, a vegetarian enchilada, traditional eggs Benedict, French toast, pancakes and a variety of omelets.

Brunch will be served from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and the restaurant is open until 10 p.m.
