Here's how it works. I stand somewhere in, or on the border, of Cupertino with my handy-dandy little point-and-shoot camera in hand and do just that; point and shoot.
I aim at those non-descript buildings that could be found on any Main Street in America. (Speaking of Main Street, there's a public meeting on that project May 9 at the Hilton Garden Inn from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) Then, you smart people who know Cupertino best, guess where I was standing and what the building is in the picture. So far, people seem to know Cupertino very well, because I haven't fooled anyone yet.
Yes, I've tinkered with this photo (thanks Photoshop!) because if I don't the wise guys (and they really are wise!) guess where I was standing without being challenged at all. Where's the fun in that? Besides, I have to do what I can to torment my nemises —he's just too clever for me.
Don't worry, I'm not really having battles with anyone...Arnie is actually the clever creation of Cupertino's own cartoonist, . Please check out the series he created and give him a round of applause for his amusing addition to my game. While I'm singing his praises, check out all the other cartoons he's contributed—this guy is good.
