Dragon is a male Papillon.Tiny dog (the size of a cat), long-haired, mostly white with giant black ears, brown face and black spots on back. Papillon (looks similar to long-haired chihuahua) with very big ears and fluffy tail.
Lost at Point Isabel on 7/2. Last seen on Liberty and Portola on 7/18. Possible sighting at Booker T Anderson Park a few days ago.
PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY if you think you've seen him! DO NOT CHASE or he will run away. We need to know where he is so that we can call for him. He is dearly loved and missed!
