San Pablo Liquor Store Customer's Lotto Ticket Worth $264,000

By Bay City News Service

One lucky customer at a San Pablo liquor store has plenty to celebrate this holiday weekend after correctly matching five of six numbers for a $264,531 lotto prize.

The winning Mega Millions California Lottery ticket was purchased Friday at Adobe Liquors at 13800 San Pablo Ave., according to state lottery officials.

Another winner also matched five of six numbers on a ticket bought at a donut shop in Los Angeles County.

Both customers were just one number away from winning Friday night's $34 million jackpot. No one matched all six numbers in Friday night's draw, putting the next Mega Millions jackpot on Tuesday at an estimated $42 million, according to lottery officials.

The winning numbers are 25, 31, 46, 53 and 36, and the Mega number is 21.

Winners have 180 days to claim their prize.
