
TriStar Realty Group CEO Daniel Kashani joined 3rd District Councilmember Dennis Zine, Woodland Hills-Tarzana Chamber CEO Diana Williams, Radnet Management CEO Dr. Howard Berger, representatives from WEDO Architecture, and Tarzana Neighborhood Council leader Kathy Delle Donne to break ground on The Ventana, a new medical office and retail building located just west of the intersection of Ventura Blvd. Lindley Ave. in Tarzana at a ceremony on Monday, June 17. The Ventana, a 112,500 square-foot medical office complex, will also include 4,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space featuring community-serving retail.
“With additional demand for medical office space in the region, The Ventana will enable medical professionals and organizations to have greater flexibility and enhanced customization of their office environment,” said Daniel Kashani, CEO, TriStar Realty Group. “I am thrilled to be able to bring Tarzana a major investment in state-of-the-art medical facilities, along with jobs and revenue associated with The Ventana's construction and ongoing operations.”
The Ventana will also include a 40,000 square-foot Cancer Center, operated by Radnet Management, that will provide numerous cancer-related services to the community including a breast center, oncologic and breast surgery, general and breast oncology, gynecology, hematology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, clinical research, laboratory, psychosocial services, and all associated imaging and radiation therapy – all under one roof. The Cancer Center will be the first community-based facility in the Valley to offer a multitude of targeted healthcare services in one location. From the moment the patients step into the Center, they will be treated as VIPs. The Cancer Center will strive to follow the “same day service” and “answers today” approaches to cancer-care, believing patients should not have to wait days for a diagnosis.
