Fremont Crews Battle Multi-Vehicle Fire At Used Car Auction Lot

The fire has been contained. No injuries have been reported.

FREMONT, CA — Firefighters were battling a multi-vehicle fire that broke out Saturday afternoon at a used car auction lot in Fremont according to a fire spokesperson. Crews responded to 7100 Stevenson Blvd. just after 4:15 p.m. on reports of several vehicles that had caught fire, according to Fremont Fire Division Chief Diane Hendry.

Hendry said the fire has been since been contained, but crews remained active on scene as it had yet to be fully extinguished. No injures have been reported, and the fire investigator responded to determine the cause of the blaze.
