Police Blotter: Stolen Cars and Domestic Abuse

Tuesday

7:30 p.m. A 1995 teal Honda Accord was taken from the Rite-Aid parking lot on E Tenth Street.

Monday

7:26 p.m. A woman threw scissors at her husband, striking him and causing injury. She was arrested and booked.

Saturday

7:30 p.m. An unknown suspect broke out the front glass door to The Pet Shop and entered. Approx. $150 were taken from the cash register.

8 a.m. Unknown suspects broke the victim’s rear passenger door window to gain entry into a locked vehicle on Travel Park Circle. 

Friday

7:50 a.m. Suspect on a red mountain bike who was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt broke the driver’s side window of a 2011 Dodge Truck and took the victim’s iPod.

7:30 a.m. Victim reported that an unknown suspect stole his purple 1993 Honda Civic from the parking lot located at 450 Leavesley Road.

1:08 a.m. Arrestee 1 entered Walmart on two occasions. He used a key to unlock the display case and remove multiple iPads. Arrestee 2 acted on the look-out and Arrestee 3 assisted by driving Arrestee 1 and 2 from the store. All the property was recovered.

Thursday

2:07 p.m. Loss Prevention at a store on First Street saw the arrestees conceal merchandise in their purse and exit the store without paying. Both were arrested and cited.

12 p.m. An unknown suspect broke a passenger’s side window and removed a bag on Monterey Street.

10:00 a.m. A victim called the Milpitas Police Department to report that he 1993 Honda had been stolen on Casciano Cir. It was located approximately a mile away from the victim’s home, and no suspect was seen or heard. 

12:07 a.m. A stolen vehicle from San Jose was discovered on Wheeler Street.

9:25 a.m. The suspect pulled the victim’s hair and punched her once on Willy Ct. There was a DA referral.
