Los Angeles' longest-running Holiday parade will return to Highland Park on Sunday, Dec. 2.

The 68th annual Northeast Los Angeles Holiday parade will be held at 1 p.m. on North Figueroa Street, starting at Avenue 60 and proceeding south toward its finish at Sycamore Grove Park.

This year's theme is "People Helping People," which is a reflection on a year's worth of volunteerism and community engagement across Northeast Los Angeles.

As in year's past, the 68th Annual Northeast Los Angeles Holiday Parade will feature marching bands, drill teams, dancers, musicians, floats, equestrian units, celebrities and community representatives. Santa Claus will also be participating in the parade procession.

The sponsors of this year's parade include the Highland Park Chamber of Commerce, Council District 1 Representative Ed Reyes,  Council District 14 Representative José Huizar and numerous local businesses and volunteers.
