Crew Members Hurt in Downtown Filming Accident
One crew member was critically injured when an industrial fan fell on the set of a new Amazon Prime show.
Los Angeles, CA - Two workers were injured tonight by a massive ventilation fan that fell at the scene of a downtown Los Angeles filming location. One man was critically injured in the accident at the set of a 60s-era Amazon Prime drama.
Firefighters responded about 8:40 p.m. to the scene at 659 S. Spring St., according to Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
One of the male victims suffered head trauma and the other a leg injury, Humphrey said. According KCAL9, to the shoot was for the Amazon Prime show “Good Girls Revolt,” starring Jim Belushi.
