Fourth Annual No Budget Film Festival Panel Day: Bonus Features

In an era where indie film budgets still break the million dollar mark, cARTel is doing its part to rally filmmakers to break through budget barriers and create anyway, not letting a lack of funds prevent them from exploring the lengths of their creativity and ingenuity.

This unique festival challenges filmmakers to free themselves of the most frustrating aspect of filmmaking--raising money for a budget. So without cash, what do our filmmakers do? They get crafty. And resourceful. They certainly get creative.  But best of all, they collaborate and form inspired new networks of fellow artists and professionals. NBFF, at its core, is an experiment in independent filmmaking in its purest sense. Like everything cARTel, NBFF exemplifies how we promote and celebrate the power of collaboration in creative communities.

Like any good film in the Blu-Ray era, we’re pairing our amazing No Budget Film Festival shorts with some equally amazing Bonus Features.. No Budget’s signature discussion series returns to ask What Comes Next?
