Hollywood Building Damaged By Fire
Firefighters were sent to the 300 block of North Vermont Avenue about 9:30 a.m.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- A vacant building in the east Hollywood area was damaged by a fire Friday, but no one was hurt. Firefighters sent to the 300 block of North Vermont Avenue about 9:30 a.m. extinguished the flames in the three-story building in 21 minutes, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation. The building had been damaged by another fire recently, the LAFD reported.
