At the corner of Palm Ave. and Florida St., a Spanish themed metroPCS cellular phone distributor has replaced D & L Saw Service & Locksmith, a long-time Imperial Beach business located next to  Billie Jean's Hair Styling.
 
It appears that the new Walmart's key department is living up to the standard expectations of corporate, "crush the local competition"!
