Cox Business Honors Client Loyalty with “Pay It Forward” Program
230 Forest Avenue to receive $1,000 award; selects Children's Hospital of Orange County to receive matching donation
LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. - Cox Business launched Operation Loyalty, its new local, business appreciation program, by recognizing 230 Forest Avenue Restaurant & Bar in Laguna Beach earlier this summer. The restaurant received a $1,000 check and prizes and the opportunity to “pay it forward” to a local non-profit organization. Chef Marc Cohen, 230 Forest Avenue’s owner, selected Children’s Hospital of Orange County as Cox Business will donate $1,000 to the organization on behalf of the restaurant.
“We are committed to providing an excellent customer experience and helping our clients grow and thrive through managed services, so they could focus on running their business,” said Jodi Duva, vice president of Cox Business in Orange Coast. “Operation Loyalty is a program that allows us to say ‘thank you’ to our customers for being their telecommunications provider of choice, while supporting our local non-profit organizations.”
Cox Business sales agents nominated businesses in Orange County that have utilized Cox services for five or more years. The nominees were then reviewed by a panel of Cox leadership based on various criteria including business class size and growth.

“For many small businesses, it can be challenging to adapt to an environment driven by mobile technology,” said Duva. “How we help them succeed in this new landscape fuels our success, which allows us to help the communities we serve as well.”
