Driver Dies In Laguna Beach After Suffering Medical Emergency At Wheel
The non-injury crash was reported on the California State route 133 traveling through Laguna Beach at 12:48 p.m., authorities said.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A person died Thursday afternoon after suffering a medical emergency while driving on a freeway in south Orange County, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash was reported at 12:44 p.m. Thursday, when a white Kia sedan crashed into a guard rail while driving the Laguna Canyon Road offramp on the California State route 133.
According to California Highway Patrol Officer Brian Kinsey, the driver was taken from their vehicle and moved to a nearby hospital where, despite the life-saving efforts of nurses and doctors, they were pronounced dead.
