Coastal Hazard: High Surf Advisory For Orange County Beaches
A High Surf Advisory was given for Orange County beaches from 7 a.m. Wednesday to 2 a.m. Friday, NWS said.

DANA POINT, CA — A high surf advisory was announced by the National Weather Service that will e in effect from 7 a.m. Wednesday to 2 am. Friday.
"The National Weather Service San Diego has issued a high surf advisory," they said.
Surf will build along the beaches of Southern California as a swell from the west, or 280 degrees, moves into the local waters, they said.

"The swell will produce surf of 7 to 10 feet, especially along west facing beaches," the NWS reported.
Expect the highest surf late Wednesday afternoon through evening.

"High tide will be around 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday," the NWS said.
Strong rip currents and dangerous swimming conditions and minor overwash will be possible onto susceptible roads, such as those along the strands.
