Join us for a night of cosmopolitan cuisine with chef Florence Quinn. Originally from Switzerland, she is a professionally trained chef in both savory food and pastries as well as a Clinical Nutritionist (CNC). Formally educated at the California Culinary Academy and the Culinary Institute of America in Northern California, Florence went on to work in fine-dining restaurants and at La Boulange, the top French bakery in the San Francisco area. She has traveled throughout Asia and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo for over fourteen years, both teaching cooking classes and leading culinary tours. Leading an active lifestyle, Florence prefers fresh, natural, unprocessed food and claims she owes her good health to daily doses of dark chocolate!
