New Designated Driver Program Starting May 22nd
Tiffany’s Gift is proud to announce the launch of a new designated driver program. The public is invited to attend a launch event at 4pm on May 22, 2014 at The Shamrock Irish Pub in Murrieta. The program allows for Shamrock patrons identified as the designated driver with a party of 2 or more, to receive free soft drinks and an appetizer. During the kickoff event, staff at The Shamrock will be wearing ribbons promoting and creating interest in the program. “There is a huge need for programs like this in our community. I have had conversations with Murrieta Police Chief, Sean Hadden; Murrieta Police Captain, Dennis Vrooman and many members of the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce…all have expressed their utmost support for this program”, commented Debbie Breslin.

Tiffany’s Gift, formally named “The Tiffany Amber Breslin Memorial Fund”, was created by Debbie, Mike, and Lauren Breslin. Tiffany’s Gift is a 501(c) 3, non-profit foundation. On Saturday July 5th, 2008 two innocent lives were tragically taken at the hands of a drinking boater. Tiffany Amber Breslin, 14 and Desiree Leigh Hobill, 19 were struck by a boat while sitting on the Breslin family sea-doo on the Colorado River in Needles, California. Tiffany suffered a traumatic brain injury that ultimately led to her passing on July 6th, 2008. In honor of Tiffany’s memory the Breslin family has dedicated the past 6 years to informing the public about the dangers of drinking and driving any vessel or vehicle. The Breslin family’s ultimate goal is to raise awareness about the dangers of drinking and driving and to prevent this kind of tragedy from happening to other families.
