SDSU’s College of Extended Studies will host a Project Management Fundamentals Workshop from 8:30 am-4:30 pm Monday-Tuesday, April 21-22.
This two-day course provides a solid understanding of the project management life cycle and practical experience with the tools and techniques of project management. You'll learn how to initiate, plan, monitor, control, and close out your projects more effectively. This training provides practical skills, concepts, and principles you can take back to the job and implement right away.
