Obama Sign Burns In Man's Yard

Politics are getting dirty among the candidates' supporters with reports of vandalism coming in.

Obama Sign Burns In Man's Yard

Politics can be an ugly game, most people who have been through an election probably already know that. This year's presidential election is no exception, but it's not just the candidates who are taking shots at each other.

Campaign fever seems to be getting out of hand among some supporters who are willing to break the law.

Caledonia Patch in Wisconsin is reporting a man called police after the Obama campaign sign in his yard was set on fire by an unknown suspect.

According to a report by the Caledonia Police Department, the man told police he suspected his neighbor had lit the sign on fire after a witness saw the sign smoldering in the front yard. When the witness walked up to the driveway, he saw the man's neighbor walking back down the driveway. The neighbor told police he didn’t start the fire.

Police said the two neighbors have had an ongoing, but civil disagreement with one another. However, they have no proof that the neighbor lit the man’s sign on fire and no citations will be issued.

There have been a number of reports of pro-Obama and pro-Romney signs that have been vandalized across the country.
