The alleged stabbing was reported just after 4 p.m. Monday in Oak Park.

SAN DIEGO, CA: A man was allegedly high on PCP Monday afternoon when he stabbed another man in an Oak Park neighborhood, a San Diego police officer said.
Witnesses told police that the man, described as black and in his 30s, was believed to be under the influence of the drug and was acting erratically, reportedly approaching children in the street at 3051 54th St. — near College Grove Drive — before he stabbed a man in his 50s, according to Officer Dino Delimitros.
Police arrived and took the man into custody, placing him under arrest on suspicion of being under the influence of PCP and assault with a deadly weapon.
