Fire Consumes Livermore Motorhome
Fire officials say one person was treated at the scene for minor injuries as a result of the blaze.

LIVERMORE, CA: A motorhome that caught fire this morning in Livermore is likely a total loss, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Battalion Chief Aaron Lacey said.
Fire crews were dispatched to investigate a report of a car fire in the area of Gardella Plaza just before 7:30 a.m. Friday.
According to Lacey, firefighters discovered the burning motorhome parked in a narrow area between townhomes. Lacey said additional resources were ordered to assist with the firefighting efforts because of fire's proximity to the dense property.

“The fire was contained to the motorhome but the surrounding buildings had some bubbling in the paint due to the heat,” Lacey said. “The owners had been inside when the fire started. They said they had just driven it across town prior to the fire.”
Lacey says that although the cause of the fire is unknown, it appears the fire many have originated in the engine area, which showed heavy charring.
