29 iPads Stolen from Los Gatos Raymond J. Fisher Middle School

Raymond J. Fisher Middle School is out of 29 iPads after burglars broke into building A, on the west side of campus the weekend of Oct. 19-21, according to police.

The school, located at 19195 Fisher Ave., is said to have been the victim of the theft sometime between 10 p.m. that Friday and 9 a.m. Oct. 21, said Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police Sgt. spokesman Kerry Harris.

The estimated value of the computers is $17,400 and police have leads as to who the possible suspects are, but are not releasing details in the interest of the investigation, Harris added.

Anyone with information about this theft should contact the LGMSPD Detective Bureau at 408 827-3209.

Anyone who has purchased, or is considering purchasing an iPad from a source other than an authorized dealer, should contact law enforcement to ensure that it is not stolen, and thereby making them in possession of stolen property, a felony, Harris said.
