Policing is a tough job, but one citizens rely on for their safety.

In Manhattan Beach, the burglary of homes and vehicles are crimes many MB residents don't want to happen to them.

MBPD is offering a free public "Town Hall" meeting on the "State of the City, Crime & Safety" given by Police Chief Eve R. Irvine on Monday, Feb. 11 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Joslyn Center, 1600 Valley Drive. The evening will include information on how you can prevent and deter criminal activity.
