District Attorney Mark Peterson, change even if you don't go back to Alaska.

Dear District Attorney Mark Peterson,

The District Attorney's office influences judges especially when you are fraternizing. The legal system is not to make decisions on whether you "like" someone or you "don't like" someone. The factions within your DA effect how cases are heard. The factions that you create in the judicial system are unacceptable. That discriminating attitude that turns into action is destroying communities. A couple of months ago I noticed a young woman with blonde hair wearing platform shoes leaving your DA. What was she doing there? Was she there for an interview? Was she there for your personal endeavor or your colleague? Sexual harassment is disgusting behavior and banned in the work place. What are you doing for us? You spend over a billion dollars from tax payers and none of it should be spent on racism, sexism and unfair hiring practices. Change the dress code for one.

You change! You stop exaggerating. In 2009 you made a denying statement about the DA's office, "We have one hundred attorneys who are working very hard on different floors, different departments and different buildings, and the idea they are all talking about sex is an exaggeration," said Deputy DA Mark Peterson. Exactly speak and do something about the problem. Don't ignore it. Don't be part of the problem.

My civil case, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al, never got heard according to law. I am the prevailing party. I am the one to be protected by law. You and Judge Barbara Zuniga and many other judges, but not limited to, destroyed me, intentionally. J. Zuniga fraternized with a DA, got married and divorced. She sexualizes. You should have made sure that she didn't have anything to do with my cases since 2010. My appointed attorney, Jane Elliot, set-me-up before every hearing, lied, libeled me and I had to represent myself before Judge Clare Maier. That's not practicing law! That's annihilation!
