It Was An Affair to Remember!

The Eclectic Entertainment Troupe dazzled more that a 150 people with their songs.

The Eclectic Entertainment Troupe sang us through nine decades of Oscar nominated songs on Valentines Day at “A Night at the Oscars” at the Norman P. Murray Community Center, Mission Viejo, CA. Along with Larry Maurer, Director and music historian, Timeless Melodies Foundation for Education, the audience of more than 150 people went on a journey through movie magic.

The Eclectic Entertainment Troupe made their debut singing 50 songs for ninety-minutes straight accompanied by Linda Fuller on the piano. The Troupe dazzled with- “Goodnight Baby,” “My Funny Valentine,” “That’s Entertainment,” “My Heart will Go On,” “Let It Go” and even this year’s Oscar nominated song, “Glory” from Selma.

The Eclectic Youth Entertainment Troupe is a performance company of young artists from the Orange County School of the Arts in Santa Ana, grades 7-12 who entertain and sing as goodwill ambassadors for the community and internationally.

The multi-talented young singers included Blythe Schulte, Katherine Cotter, Chloe Clark, Coco Hyatt, Jimmy Luo, Anneka Mille, Ari Paltin, Griffin Runnels and Marissa Wendt. Some of their onstage credits are with Matthew Morrison (TV’s Glee), Krysta Rodriguez (Addams Family and TV’s Smash), Lindsay Mendez (Wicked) and Jeff Marx (Avenue Q).

The Troupe is directed and produced by 17-year-old, Blythe Su-Ren Schulte who was recently accepted by the acclaimed, Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.
