Glendale Police arrested two men on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale Sunday at the parking lot of In-N-Out Burger in Glendale, officials said.

Stephan Thompson, 27, of Canoga Park and Trevor Alcorn, 30, of Millville, CA were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale, Glendale Police Sgt. Tom Lorenz told Patch via email.

Authorites allegedly found 24 one-pound bags of marijuana, Lorenz said.

The drugs were reportedly in a locked container, inside a parked BMW, Lorenz told  the Glendale News-Press. The drugs have an estimated $150,000 to $200,000 street value, he said.

Some bags were labeled “Berry White,” “Blue Cheese,” “Bubba” and “OG Kush,” The News-Press reported.

Officers pulled into the parking lot at 310 Harvey Dr., Glendale, when they allegedly saw Thompson smoking within 10 feet of the restaurant's door, which violates Glendale's smoking ordinance, according to The News-Press.

When the officer approached, Alcorn and a third man reportedly walked away from Thompson, The News-Press reported. An officer allegedly saw Alcorn place an item inside the BMW passenger door.

Thompson allegedly apologized for smoking and not knowing the ordinance, Lorenz told The News-Press. The suspect allegedly said he was on parole and in possession of medicinal marijuana. He reportedly said he did not know the other men.

Police said Alcorn and the other man, whose name was not disclosed because he was not arrested, said they knew Thompson and were at the restaurant with him, The News-Press reported. An officer allegedly opened the trunk and found a plastic bin sealed with a padlock.
