Time is running out to sign up for classes through Miss April's Dance Camp, being held June 25-29.

5 Things to Know in Murrieta: June 22

1. There is a chance of drizzle before 11 a.m. and after 11 p.m., according to the  National Weather Service. Otherwise expect mostly sunny skies today with a high of 83. Tonight expect increasing clouds with a low near 52.

2. Every Friday, enjoy the French Valley Market. Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., stop by this open-air market for fresh produce, food, crafters, vendors, entertainment and more. Held at , 31757 Browning Street, the event is free.

3. Miss April's Dance Camp is being held June 25-29 through the city of Murrieta Community Services Department and time is running out to sign up. The weeklong camp allows the inexperienced/experienced dancer to have fun learning a variety of styles of dance all week long! Each student will rotate instructors and styles throughout the camp. Get to know what you enjoy most and sample technique, music, styles and instructors. Classes are available for ages 3 through 16 and styles include: ballet, tap, jazz, funk, and more. Choose one class or several for $12 each. Register for three classes and get the fourth free as well as a T-shirt. Light snacks will be provided. 4. The city of Temecula's Street Painting Festival is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, Saturday and Sunday. It coincides with the Ralph Love Plein Air Festival during which plein air artists scatter throughout Old Town in search of the perfect scene depicting the historic town. There is no fee for either festival. Children and families are provided free pastel chalk and a place to try their creative hand at street painting. 5. The  Temecula Valley Players will perform the story of “Oliver” today. Inspired by the book “Oliver Twist” by Charles Dickens and adapted for the stage by Lionel Bart, it offers a collection of memorable characters and music. With a cast of 40, director Terri Miller Schmidt strives to bring this classic to life on stage while choreographer Monica Iversen and music director Brian Smith bring their talents to the show’s dance and song.
