
HEMET, CA - The killer of a 32-year-old man gunned down outside a Hemet home remained at large Monday.
Jabarge Singleton of Hemet was shot about 10 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of North Hamilton Avenue, near Devonshire Avenue, according to Hemet police Lt. Eddie Pust.
Officers were called to the location to investigate reports of shots fired and discovered the victim "on the ground and unresponsive," he said.

Singleton was transported to a trauma center with multiple gunshot wounds and died a short time later, according to Pust.
Investigators are still attempting to sort out what happened and who might be responsible, the lieutenant said.
