Menifee Fire Causes $20K In Damages
Firefighters arrived at the scene and found a one-story home in flames.

MENIFEE, CA — A fire Friday caused $20,000 of damage to a vacant home in Menifee before firefighters managed to put it out.
The non-injury fire was reported at 3:33 a.m. in the 29000 block of Cadena Drive, according to April Newman of the Riverside County Fire Department.
Firefighters arrived at the scene and found a one-story vacant home 50 percent involved in fire, she said.

It took 22 firefighters about half an hour to contain the blaze.
