As a grapegrower and vintner, Jim understands the intrinsic value that wine brings to fundraising and is a long-time donor to numerous causes including Family House of San Francisco, the Make-a-Wish Foundation, the Alzheimer’s Association, the American Heart Association, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Saint Helena Hospital, and the local schools of the Napa Valley.

When not farming grapes, making wine or advocating for community foundations and non-profits, you might find Jim in the running waters of a stream filled with Rainbow and Brown trout.

With his years of dedication and commitment to promote and protect Napa’s family farms and ranches, Jim has earned the respect and admiration of agricultural leaders and the Napa ag community.
