Drowning Victim Found In Water At Huntington Harbor

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA — A drowning victim was found near the Shoreline Hookah Lounge in Huntington Beach late Saturday night, authorities said.

The Huntington Beach Fire Department found the victim at Huntington Harbor, authorities said on Sunday. Crews were called for a water rescue just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday.

The victim was found in the water near 16450 Pacific Coast Highway and rushed to a hospital for possible cardiac arrest.

The gender and status of the victim weren't immediately known.
