TV actor Alan Thicke, best known for playing the patriarch of the Seaver family on Growing Pains, has sold his Spanish colonial compound in Toluca Lake for $3.525 million, the Los Angeles Times reports.

The 8,656-square-foot home was built in 1934 and houses more than five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It's equipped with a gym, two kitchens, a lighted tennis court and an outdoor area with a swimming pool, according to the Times.

Studio City Patch reported last year that Thicke and his wife had already moved out. The Times says he's been leasing the property since then.

Thicke is also known for his work on The Bold and the Beautiful and The LA Complex, as well as composing the theme songs for Wheel of Fortune, Diff'rent Strokes and The Facts of Life.
