Bow & Truss head chef Stefhanie Meyers was recently interviewed by travel and dining writer Sophie Gayot.
Meyers talked about her passion for cooking, dislike for substituting and removing ingredients in her dishes and showed off her handmade chocolate truffles, which can take up to six hours to make.
