A young man who was killed when his motorcycle collided with a car driven by a Northridge resident was identified Tuesday.
Mina Rezkalla, 19, of Van Nuys, died at a hospital shortly after the 5 p.m. Monday collision at Gilmore and Kester avenues in Van Nuys, and he died at a hospital, according to Los Angeles police Officer Christopher No.
The other motorist -- Raymon Khoury, 62, of Northridge -- remained at the scene and was interviewed by police, and was not arrested or cited, No said.
"No crime was committed," No said.
Police said Khoury was driving a Mercedes-Benz E320 north on Kester Avenue and was turning left onto Gilmore Avenue when the car collided with the southbound motorcycle.
