Los Angeles Department of Water and Power crews on Monday restored power to all customers in the Chatsworth and Porter Ranch areas who lost power on Sunday night due to downed lines, authorities said.
At its peak, the outage -- which began about 6:50 p.m. Sunday -- affected about 4,000 customers, said the LADWP's Kim Hughes.
Service was restored to all but about 650 customers by late Sunday night, and service was fully restored about 3:30 this morning, the LADWP reported.
The cause of the outage was under investigation.
