Some Delays Expected on Marin's 101 After Vehicle Fire: CHP

All lanes on northbound U.S. Highway 101 have reopened after a vehicle fire Tuesday morning just north of Redwood Dump Road in Marin County, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A Sig-alert was issued for the area at 5:40 a.m., suggesting drivers use alternate routes, a CHP officer said.

The fire was first reported at 5:29 a.m., and was briefly put out before starting up again.

The CHP said drivers should expect some residual delays.
