Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Welcomes Marc Rosenbaum

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is excited to welcome Marc Rosenbaum to the La Quinta/Indian Wells office. Rosenbaum has several years of experience as a financial advisor and stockbroker with major Wall Street firms, and he was an owner/partner of his own financial services firm.

Prior to becoming a stockbroker, he worked two years as a commercial real estate agent, focusing on office leasing representing mostly clients. Rosenbaum also bought and sold residential real estate as an investment.

Rosenbaum said being a self-starter made real estate the perfect profession for him. “The real estate business is unique in that it allows the freedom to organize your own time and has no limits on success,” said Rosenbaum.

Aside from real estate, he is passionate about history, golf and is an avid reader. He enjoys good humor and meeting new people, as well as talking to the elderly about their life experiences. He is involved in Rotary and used to be a part of Big Brothers.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Miami, a bachelor of arts degree in social studies from California State University, San Bernardino, and a master of arts degree in history from California State University, Los Angeles. He also holds a California Commission Teaching Credential authorizing him to teach social studies and economics for secondary education.

Rosenbaum has a knack for conveying advice honestly and simply and is excited to begin his career at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage La Quinta/Indian Wells.
