CSUSB Palm Desert to Host Environmental, Sustainability Expo for Area Students
Students will learn about working in "green" fields from a variety of industry representatives.

PALM DESERT, CA - Cal State San Bernardino's Palm Desert campus will hold its seventh annual Environmental and Sustainability Expo Friday, featuring speakers and interactive presentations for students from all three Coachella Valley school districts.
Students will learn about working in "green" fields from a variety of industry representatives, including those from Southern California Gas Co., Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District, SMaRT Education, state Department of Food and Agriculture, CV Link and Green for Life.
Keynote speakers will include KESQ chief meteorologist Haley Clawson and Renova Energy Corp. President and CEO Vincent Battaglia.

Interactive presentations from The Living Desert, Desert Hot Springs REAL Academy and Coachella Valley Association of Governments will be offered. The top environment-related films from this year's Digicom Film Festival, which features films made by PSUSD students, will be shown.
Students will be given tours of the campus' Palm Desert Health Sciences Building.
