3.  HOW TO MEDITATE

Why Go: Learn how to relax after a busy week of work with the centuries-old, renewing practice of meditation. This group instruction includes a lecture presentation and actual practice.

4.  MENLO FIT BOOT CAMP

Where/When: Arrillaga Gym at 600 Alma St. in Menlo Park, Saturday, 7:30-8:30 a.m. Arrive at 7:15 a.m. to sign in and warm up.

5. DO YOUR TAXES

Where/When:  at 694 Pampas Ln. in Stanford University, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (through April 15).

Why Go: Get free help for your taxes if you earn less than $55,000 per year or your household earns less than $70,000 a year.
