Warrant Suspects Found Hiding Inside House on Weaverly Drive
Three Petaluma residents were apprehended on warrant-related charges when police went to a home on the 1600 block of Weaverly Drive Friday to locate a wanted person, police said.
When police went to the Weaverly residence at 5 p.m. they initially spoke with the resident Kyle Richardson, 42, wanted on a $5,000 active warrant from Sonoma County for driving on a suspended license, said the Petaluma Police Department.
During a subsequent search of the home, officers discovered Christopher Timm, 27, hiding in the attic crawl space above the garage and Dairn Sheehy, 23, hiding in a small utility closet in the garage, police said.
Timm had four active warrants for narcotics violations from Sonoma County with bail totaling $12,500, police said, while Sheehy had a $10,000 warrant from Napa County for possession of a controlled substance.
Richardson was released on a citation to appear. Timm and Sheehy were booked at Sonoma County Jail where they remain in custody, according to police.
