Pleasanton Among Safest Places to Live in California, Report Says
The ranking was based on crime stats and other findings.

With snowy mountains, luscious forests, beautiful beaches, farmlands and metropolitan cities, there is no question why 39 million people call California home.
Looking to move somewhere within this Golden State and wondering where the safest towns are? A recent study by BackgroundCheck.org put several Bay Area locations among the Top-50 Safest Cities in California.

“We’ve ranked the safest towns in the state based on FBI violent crime stats and proprietary research data,” the study reports, “While California may be home to eight of the nation’s 50 most populated cities, you may be better off looking at one of these locations to call home.”
