Motorist Sought in South Bay Hit-and-Run
According to the preliminary investigation, a dark vehicle headed south on Hawthorne Boulevard hit a man, who was not in a crosswalk.

TORRANCE, CA -- Torrance police Wednesday sought public help to find a hit-and-run motorist responsible for the critical injury of a pedestrian.
The 51-year-old man was injured about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hawthorne and Del Amo boulevards, said Torrance police Lt. David H. Koenig
According to the preliminary investigation, a dark vehicle headed south on Hawthorne Boulevard hit the man, who was not in a crosswalk, Koenig said. No description was released of the motorist.
