Water Service Restored After Main Break Affecting Hospital
The city still doesn't know what caused the water main break.

Customers along Marshall Street in Redwood City water service have been restored Wednesday but the city still have yet to determine the case of the water main break.
The break, reported just after noon Tuesday on Marshall Street between Walnut and Maple streets, temporarily cut off water to the new wing of the Kaiser Permanente Redwood City Medical Center, according to city spokeswoman Meghan Horrigan.
Some other businesses in the area also experienced low water flow or have no water because of the break, Horrigan said, but service was restored at about 6:30 p.m.
