The Sonoma County coroner’s office has identified a man who was found dead this morning outside a shuttered restaurant in downtown Santa Rosa as Billy Edward Rosser, 32, of Santa Rosa.
Santa Rosa police were informed at 7:41 a.m. of a man’s body at 614 4th St., the site of the former Rendez Vous Bistro.

A body was found Monday morning on the property of a shuttered restaurant in downtown Santa Rosa, a Sonoma County Fire and Emergency Services dispatcher said.
The dispatcher said Santa Rosa police were informed at 7:41 a.m. of the body at 614 Fourth St., the site of the former Rendez Vous Bistro.
A Santa Rosa police officer said no other information was immediately available.
